You can set any your webpages to be a blog, enable comments for the page and manage comments

Security of comments
There are 4 levels of security for each web page's comment setting.

• No comment allowed: highest security, the page doesn't show any comment entry box. this is default page setting
• Allow friends to comment: every hiigle user account has a friend list, if visitor is in your friend list, he/she can add comment to the page.
• Allow login users to comment: any hiigle registered user can add comment as long as he/she logged in.
• Allow anybody to comment: lowest security level, anybody can leave anynamous comments without login
